Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st July 2023

This refund policy covers the circumstances under which Compound The Money may issue refunds and is applicable to individuals who have purchased the Program. By purchasing the Program, you are agreeing to this Policy and the terms stipulated herein.

Refund Period:

Customers are entitled to cancel their purchase of the Program and request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. The day the purchase is made is considered day one.

Refund Request:

To request a refund, the customer must contact Compound The Money’s Customer Support team within the refund period specified in Section 1. Requests must be made by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request – Program” or by contacting the support team through the contact information provided on the Company’s website.

Information Required:

Customers requesting a refund must provide the following information:

1. Full Name
2. Email Address associated with the purchase
3. Phone Number Associated with the purchase
4. Order Number/Transaction ID with Transaction Receipt
5. Date of Purchase
6. Reason for refund request

Processing Refunds:

Upon receiving a refund request within the stipulated time period and verifying the provided information, the Company will process the refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that the Company is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the payment provider.

Termination of Access:

Once a refund is processed, the customer’s access to the Program will be terminated immediately. Using, Reproducing or Circulating the Course Content will result in legal action for copyright infringement and violation of intellectual property rights.

Non-Refundable:

Refund requests made beyond the seven (7) day refund period will not be eligible for a refund. In addition, any costs incurred by the customer for third-party services, tools, or resources recommended or required in connection with the Program are not refundable by the Company.

Changes to Refund Policy:

Compound The Money reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Refund Policy periodically.
